Description: New service replacement 2001-2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser nameplate set for both front doors. Replaces faded or damaged original nameplates. Chrome finish.
Installation instructions:
- Wash area of application and dry.
- Using automotive grade masking tape or similar, frame the existing emblem area where this replacement badge is going to be installed.
- Remove damaged or faded original by liberally spraying it with diluted dish washing soap solution. Then use dental floss to gently lift and remove the old badge. Spraying the lifted edge with the soap solution while using the floss speeds up removal. Once removed rinse area with clean water and dry. Make sure no old emblem adhesive residue remains on the bumper.
- Lightly mist the area of application with diluted soap solution. Carefully remove back liner from the new emblem ensuring the emblem remains on the clear film side. Gently position the emblem where you want it to install. You can move the emblem to where you want it if the area is has soap solution mist. Once satisfied with position, gently press on the emblem and slowly remove the clear top liner to complete the install. Allow area to dry and then rinse with clean water 30 to 45 minutes later. Dry area. Install is complete.
