Return Policy

We take pride in supplying top grade used and new parts. In the rare event of a concern with a part purchased, below is the outline of our returns procedure. We also would like to point out that when it comes to reclaimed automotive parts we cannot offer big corporation like return policies that are applicable to new merchandise however we stand behind our products.

We spend great time and effort to present used and new parts accurately in our listed inventory. Our listings have above average number of pictures associated with the part and have complete make-model-year compatibility. with  We can assure the buyer to expect courteous and reasonable experience when it comes to returns. 

Details:

  • Returns are accepted for a period of 15 calendar days after tracking information shows delivered.

  • Buyer must fill out and submit our Return Merchandise Request. Once submitted we will review and respond to the request within 48 hours [Sundays excluded]

  • New parts must be returned in original packaging and unused or not installed on the vehicle. In other words the part must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. No refund will be given if this condition is not met.

  • Reclaimed/used parts must be returned with original packaging. Serial number of the part must match our listing.

  • Orders damaged in transit: If part/s appears to have been damaged in transit/shipping, buyer must notify the carrier and also contact us in a reasonably expeditious time [48 hours of receiving the shipment]

  • Returns shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the reason for return was damage to the part while in transit/shipping or error in shipping the correct part.

  • Restocking charges of 15 percent apply to all new or used parts returned because the part was no longer needed, buyer did not read the description or customer made an error in buying the part. 

  • Payment portals do not refund us, the seller, transaction processing fees regardless of the reason for a refund. As such the final refund amount will exclude the transaction fees paid by the merchant [Country Road Auto Parts] Exception is for returns due to merchant error in shipping the correct part.
