Order Processing & Shipping

In most cases, orders received weekdays [Monday through Friday] by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time are processed and shipped the same day except for official US holidays and biannual inventory.

Note: Large parts such as dashboard, bumpers, door and parts of that nature have a five to seven business day processing time. 

​Business hours

Customer service hours are 9 AM to 6 PM California time [Monday through Friday] and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Customer service via email is generally available from 8 AM to 8 PM weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Package tracking [domestic & international]

Tracking number and information will be forwarded to the buyer via email once the order is processed. International shipping via USPS First Class Mail has tracking to limited participating countries mostly in Canada, EU and Japan. If you want tracking information to other destinations only Priority Mail service offers the option and it is substantially costlier. 

In most instance using First Class mail is sufficient but valuable parts will be shipped only via Priority Mail service. We choose to advise buyers via message should we deem wise for the buyer to purchase Priority Mail instead of regular service.

​USA shipping

Domestic USA shipping is via our choice of USPS-Fedex-UPS-Greyhound and Golden State Overnight [California, Nevada and Arizona]. Shipments to California, Nevada and Arizona may be shipped via Golden State Overnight. Expedited shipping services are available upon request and at applicable extra cost, please inquire when needed.

Local pick up and delivery

Local pick up is available for automotive structural parts [bumpers, door and similar] and dashboards. We can also deliver such parts for a fee. Please inquire should you need the service.

​International shipping

We ship globally and have years of experience, doing so. Shipping to international destinations are via USPS First Class for shipments of up to 4 pounds = 1.8 kilograms USPS Priority Mail International is used for packages above 4 pounds. Packages that weigh less than 4 pounds but are of higher value than $75 USD will be shipped at our discretion First Class or Priority Mail, depending on destination. Large items such as automotive structure parts such a bumper for instance can only shipped via ocean freight. Inquire with us regarding ocean freight shipping. International shipping charges are subject to annual revisions because of USPS setting the rates every January.
